Our random accessory is random and unique,taking1 business days to get your package ready, but delays and new drops may occur during the sale. If your order is over $69, we will take a video of you and post the video on social media. Standard shipping takes about 5-21 business days for delivery. Lucky Girl Studio offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $69 .
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If the package is rejected for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us and attempt to deliver it again. If the customer's order is declined, we will not issue a refund.
Please note that all delivery times are estimated times provided by shipping couriers and cannot be guaranteed. All order shipments may be affected by courier and/or customs delays.
Happy Girl offers international returns for store credits. International orders do not include return shipping. You must start the return within 14 days of the delivery date. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from any store credit issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credits.
Happy Girls does not offer direct exchange. At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for all international orders. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as we sent you and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards and broken seals/foil will not be accepted. If the products shipped back to us are not in good condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the goods. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, mispurchased, and damaged items due to customer mishandling.
